Return & Refund Policy

At TUMse, every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. As our products are jewellery and personalised gifting items, we only accept returns in specific circumstances outlined below.

7-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Refunds

Upon approval and verification of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
