Return & Refund Policy

At TUMse, every piece is created and packed with care. We truly hope you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tumse.in  with your order number and clear images of the product.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear unboxing video and product images.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products. 


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
